 rocess and shows you how to bake amazing bread with a simple\, real-life me
 thod. Mix your own dough\, learn how to care for a starter\, and go home wi
 th: one loaf of dough to bake the next day\, your own starter\, and clear\,
  step-by-step instructions to keep baking at home. \n\nWhat to bring:\n \n-
  Large mixing bowl\n\n- Tea towel/kitchen towel\n\n- Spatula or dough scrap
 er\n\n- Kitchen scale (if you have one)\n\n \nNote: For best results\, sour
 dough is typically baked in a Dutch oven. The instructor will share alterna
