Chair Yoga

I’m a MN native, mom and yogi. I’ve been practicing yoga for 10+ years and made a mid-life career change to become a yoga teacher. My passion is helping people and I believe that yoga is an excellent way to help people feel good in their bodies and feel good about themselves. To me, yoga is about meeting yourself where you are and giving yourself what you need – whether that’s a workout, a peaceful place to rest, or somewhere in between. My goal is to make yoga accessible to all and my hope is that you leave my classes feeling balanced and energized.
