Postcards & Passports: A Travel Blogging Journey

Pack your bags for a journey from Minnesota to anywhere in the world! Students will start by discovering their own backyard, writing postcards and travel pieces about Minnesota with fresh eyes. Then we'll jet off to destinations around the globe as students research a country of their choice, plan imaginary trips complete with itineraries and budgets, and create stunning digital travel blogs using Canva. Through reading professional travel writing, studying maps and geography, and crafting your own engaging blog posts, you will build writing, research, and digital literacy skills while having an adventure!
