Orono/Westonka HS Summer Swim Training

Get ready to sharpen your skills and get back in shape for the upcoming season! This 7-week program is designed to keep swimmers in peak "water shape" while refining the technical details that shave seconds off the clock.

Program Details

• Duration: 7 Weeks
• Frequency: 4 Days Per Week
• Session Length: 1.5 hours

This program is open to all swimmers from the Westonka and Orono school districts who are:

1. Currently on their High School swim teams.
2. Ages 11 & up and interested in joining the High School team in the future.
