Open to boys and girls! This fun-filled cheer camp will be coached by the Planet Spirit Staff and will teach basic cheer technique, motions, jumps, dance, and simple stunts. There will be a performance for family and friends at 11:45 AM on Thursday. No experience is necessary! All participants will receive a t-shirt. -
HoopsterTots
HoopsterTots classes introduce your young athlete to basketball with focuses on motor skills, body control, and basics like dribbling, passing, and scoring. Parent or caregiver participation is required for this camp. -
Junior Summer Golf Program
Join us for golf instruction each day including: rules, etiquette, putting, chipping, and more. There will also be golf course play each week and tournament at the end of the session. Depending on age and ability, golfers will play 3 to 9 holes. The end time each day will be based on length of play. Players should provide their own clubs (limited sets available upon request). -

Start the day with movement, mindfulness, and fun. This morning series introduces children to gentle, age-appropriate yoga-based movement, breathing, and mindfulness practices in a calm, supportive environment. Kids on Bikes
Join us for the ultimate summer activity - riding a bike! We will participate in on-bike games, explore local trails, and so much more! The focus of this camp is the joy of biking. Students will need their own bike in good working order, a proper fitting bicycle helmet, and an excitement to hit the trails. Let's Ride! -

The class utilizes Ninja MTB jumps and landings to safely simulate the experience of riding a real jump line at the bike park, allowing students to practice proper technique in a controlled and confidence-building environment. -
Orono Boys Basketball Camp
Players will have an opportunity to improve their fundamental basketball skills and their overall understanding of the game. Each day begins with skill development, skills contests and then we will move into short games and scrimmages. At the older levels, more time will be spent on game play. -
Orono Girls Basketball Camp
Keep your basketball skills sharp this summer and improve on the fundamentals while having fun! There will be skills instruction, drills and game play. At the Grades 6 - 7 camp, we will also learn some of the high school system of play. At the Grades 8 - 11 camp, more time will be spent on game play. -

Whether your child is a seasoned player or has never touched a ball, the Orono Westonka Soccer Club and the Orono High School soccer program offer a camp experience for every skill level and age. Coaches will guide participants through fun, dynamic activities and age-appropriate skill development that keeps kids engaged and learning. Each day ends with a World Cup-style tournament - always a camper favorite! Our welcoming environment ensures that beginners and experienced players alike will have an unforgettable soccer experience. Rowing: Juniors Prep Camp
Thinking about joining the Juniors rowing team but not sure if rowing is for you? This is your chance to give it a try! This two-week camp is for athletes who want to experience rowing before possibly joining the team. You’ll learn the basics of rowing, get out on the water, try real rowing workouts, and practice as part of a team—just like our Juniors athletes do. NOTE: You must be a confident swimmer and able to tread water and swim 100 meters. Come ready to get wet! Wear socks and athletic shoes, and bring a water bottle, hat/sunglasses and towel. Each session builds on skills learned the days previously, so daily attendance is required. Camp check-in procedures included in the online camp description. Check-in: Please park along the fence on the west side of the Birch's parking lot, and proceed directly to the check-in area. Take the stone steps on the west side of the building past the deck to the waterfront to meet your coach. Weather: In the event of inclement weather, the camp will meet at the former Orono Public Works building for indoor rowing - 2700 Kelley Parkway, Long Lake. -
Skateboard Camp
3rd Lair skateboard camps are designed for all ages and abilities. We teach the basics of skateboarding as well as help more advanced individuals take their skating to the next level. Our professional instructors share their love of the sport in a fun and supportive environment designed to foster confidence and build skills.
