This interactive camp is for young thespians interested in performing on stage. The camp will include an introduction to theater games and activities, popular musical theater songs and short scenes. Students will learn to act, sing and dance as well as participate in making their own prop pieces for the show. A half-hour performance will take place on Thursday.

You’ll act, sing, and dance as you bring to life the adventures of the kids from Auradon and the Isle of the Lost. Build confidence, learn stage skills, and create your own version of these beloved films. Families are invited to a special showcase on the last day of camp where you’ll show off everything you’ve learned!

Explore the world of drama through the Orono High School Theater department as you build skills in acting, technical theater, and more. Younger students will get the opportunity to meet other students involved with theater and practice basic skills as well as receive tips on auditioning for school shows. Older students will have the opportunity to further advance their theater knowledge and skills and even lead or direct their peers for the final performance at the end of the week!
