Tiny Tots (10 months-20 months)ECFE - Parent/Child Classes 2026/2027Gradually Separating – Parents/Caregivers stay with their children for the entire class for the first classes. As the year progresses, parents/caregivers begin to separate for part of the class, gradually working up to separating for the full 45 minute parent discussion time. ECFE is a statewide program in Minnesota that gives children and families the tools they need to thrive. Designed for any parent or caregiver with a child from birth to Kindergarten, our classes help with the things that matter most: 1.Individual attention time with parents or caregivers and their children to strengthen bonds. 2.Playful learning time to help children with their next phase while minimizing separation anxiety. 3.Parenting discussion time for parents and caregivers to talk about their parenting dreams, desires and concerns. Discovery Kids is DHS licensed, NAEYC accredited, and is 4-Star Parent Aware rated. Every Discovery Kids classroom utilizes the state-approved Creative Curriculum, which honors creativity and respects the role that teachers play in making learning exciting and relevant for every child.
