This camp is for students who have had past experience with diving, or are already on a high school team looking for continuous instruction in the off-season. Sarah is a trained high school diving coach that will provide instruction on intermediate to advanced diving skills.

This camp is designed for beginner to intermediate divers. Beginner participants will learn fundamental diving skills and basic dives in this class. Divers will start with diving from the side of the pool and progress to a front dive with approach from the diving board. If students have already taken a beginner class, they will work on more advanced skills, which will help them to prepare for competitive diving.
