Tennis: Red BallSports & FitnessDesigned for beginners, this camp uses balls that bounce lower and move slowly, giving players more time to react. Through fun tennis games, kids will learn the basics of grip, ready position, and strokes while building confidence and skill. Tennis racket required. Coach Dvorak recommends a 21” - 23” racket. Tennis: Orange BallSports & FitnessThis camp helps players build on fundamental skills while adding movement and court coverage. Using orange balls, which bounce higher and faster than red balls but slower than green, players will focus on footwork, consistency, and strategy through singles and doubles point play. Serving, scoring, and an introduction to match play will also be covered. Tennis racket required. Coach Dvorak recommends a 23” - 25” racket. Tennis: Green BallSports & FitnessFor players ready to play on a full-length court, this camp focuses on refining technique and rallying skills. Players will engage in situational point play to develop strategies for both singles and doubles. They’ll also work on serving, scoring, and competing. Tennis racket required.
