Bicycle Repair & Maintenance
Join us as we focus on identification of bicycle parts, trailside repair, shifting adjustments, brake adjustments, chain maintenance, how to repair/replace a tube (flat tire), and how to safety check your bike. If time allows, we will also learn basic wheel truing, replacing a chain, how to replace brake and shifting cables. Please bring a bike. -
Build Your Own Detroit Style Pizza
Join Chef Noah for a hands-on class where you'll uncover the secrets to making Iron Exchange's infamous Detroit-style pizza! This hands-on experience will guide you through every step of the pizza-making process including: crafting the crispy crust, adding quality ingredients and learning how to prepare the signature sauce that tops it off. Chair Yoga
Experience the benefits of yoga in a safe and supportive way. Sitting in and using a chair for support, we’ll explore gentle stretches, mobility, and balance to help you feel better in your body. Wear loose-fitting clothes for ease of movement. Ideal for beginners, seniors, or those with limited mobility. -
Fitness Punch Card
Purchase a Fitness Punch Card and drop into any adult fitness class on your time and your schedule. This is the perfect option if you cannot commit to a full class or want to try multiple different types of classes. Punch cards are valid for 6 months. Purchase another card if you run out of punches! Punch cards are kept in the Activities Center Fitness Room (30 & 31). The punch card is NOT VALID for pickleball classes, aquatics programs, virtual classes, private lessons or open gyms. Senior and Activities Center Membership discounts can not be applied toward a Punch Card purchase. Please contact our office at 952-449-8350 to confirm that a class has enough enrollments to run before dropping in for the first time. -
Instructor Led Beginner Open Play
For those just getting started in pickleball and wanting to play with others at a beginner level. This session is focused on game play with an instructor present to help with rules, player rotations, strategies and helpful tips. -

Holly makes learning a breeze, breaking down every move so it’s simple to follow. Line dancing is back and better than ever, so you'll walk away with fun new steps you can use anywhere. No partner? No problem! Grab your pals, bring a date, or come solo. This class is about having a great time and moving to awesome classic and current music across a variety of genres. -
Pickleball Advanced Play
If you’re looking for a higher level of pickleball competition, this class is for you! There will be minimal drills in this program with some focus on the 3rd shot drop and the advantages of stacking. The majority of the time will be used for competitive play. An instructor will be present for court rotations, filling in for match play, and answering questions. This group is more competitive, but still fun! This program will accommodate skill ratings of 4.0 and higher. Please visit usapickleball.org to best match a skill rating to your level of play. Drop ins ONLY during summer months. Drop in rate is $10/night. Pickleball Skills & Drills - Beginner
Learn all about equipment, court, scoring, and rules of pickleball. Pickleball is a combination of ping-pong, badminton, and tennis, yet is much easier to learn. This class is based on practicing the essential elements of the game such as: serve, return, forehand and backhand, dink shot, and the importance of court positioning and shot selection. -
Pickleball Skills & Drills - Intermediate
If you are enjoying the friendly competition of pickleball, and are ready to kick it up a notch, this class is for you! Each session will open with a warm-up, a description of the “shot of the day,” and then a series of drills to practice that shot. Then, we will practice our new and improved shot in live play!
