Beyond the "Doh!" Next Level Loaves
Ready to take your sourdough beyond the basic loaf? Designed for those who already know the fundamentals, this workshop builds on the basics to make baking more flexible, creative, and fun. Enjoy live demos and plenty of samples so you can leave ready to confidently experiment at home. (Prerequisite: Taking the "Doh!" out of Sourdough or comfort baking a basic loaf). What to bring: Large mixing bowl Tea towel/kitchen towel Spatula Kitchen scale (if you have one) Note: For best results, sourdough is typically baked in a Dutch oven.
