Swimmers will identify a specific stroke or aspect of swimming (starts, turns, breakouts, etc.) and the sessions will be dedicated to not only identifying areas of opportunity, but making corrections and providing guidance on how to implement them in their everyday swimming. Red Cross Lifeguard TrainingAquaticsAGE 15+ Earn your lifeguard certification from the American Red Cross. Our lifeguard certification courses are designed to ensure that you are properly trained in the event of a water emergency. Red Cross Lifeguard Certification is valid for two years from the date of completion. This course will have online pre-training which will be sent to a personal email (provided at registration). Class will meet in person for three days and will include lifeguard skills, CPR, First Aid and AED training. Call 952-449-8333 for details. Skateboard CampSports & Fitness3rd Lair skateboard camps are designed for all ages and abilities. We teach the basics of skateboarding as well as help more advanced individuals take their skating to the next level. Our professional instructors share their love of the sport in a fun and supportive environment designed to foster confidence and build skills.
